Using the Feedback page

The Feedback page shows basic properties about the selected item and a viewer pane. This page allows you to type engineering change request information about the current item and to save that information in the (Undefined variable: BlueCielo Variables.MeridianName) source vault where it can be acted upon by others. This type of page is typically only used when the (Undefined variable: BlueCielo Variables.MeridianName) source vault to which the repository is synchronized is integrated with a maintenance management system using the BlueCielo Meridian Asset Management Module.

To type engineering change request information:

1. Select a value from Request type that most closely matches the type of change request that you are entering.
2. Type text in Remarks to describe the change that you are requesting.
3. Click UPDATE.
4. If enabled by a system administrator and supported by the file type of the document, you can redline the document and your annotations will be visible in the (Undefined variable: BlueCielo Variables.MeridianName) source vault and vice versa.
